Synthesize learnings, translate them into key insights and best practices, and regularly present these insights to marketing & sales leadership to help inform brand strategy, messaging, educational initiatives and promotional programs
Understand what KOLs are communicating through publications, congresses, podium presentations, 1:1 interactions, etc.
Remain on the cutting edge of data readouts (consistent with FDA-approved labeling), medical congress meeting outputs and podium & symposia presentations.
Identify best practices to help Simplify the Patient Journey
Engage with KOLs affiliated with key regional health systems to understand best practices for establishing diagnostic and treatment algorithms
Help develop case studies and share with health system C-suite to encourage adoption of AD care pathways and algorithms
Qualifications:
BA/BS is required, advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare field

The Director of Development will advance the mission of Bowling Green State University by securing private philanthropic gifts of $25,000 or more, which are aligned with the University's strategic objectives, programs and funding initiatives. Essential Functions
Fundraising
• Actively manage and engage a portfolio of 130-150 major gift ($25,000+) prospects. Advance relationships with prospective donors through appropriate stages of qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. • In consultation with supervisor, Advancement Services staff, and other leadership, create an annual personalized work plan for accomplishing specific goals and objectives that align with overall Advancement priorities. • Actively participate in University Advancement's activities and meetings including, but not limited to, divisional meetings, strategic planning sessions, prospect management meetings, and team collaboration meetings. • Coordinate prospect strategies and share call information with other fundraisers through personal communication and electronic contact reports. • Work with Senior Directors of Development, AVP for Development and colleagues in Gift Planning, Annual Giving, Prospect Management, Donor Relations and Stewardship, Alumni Engagement and Advancement Services to achieve the stated goals and objectives of University Advancement, and to facilitate positive outcomes for constituents, as needed. • Liaise to assigned college/unit/program(s), and/or as lead fund raiser for a geographic region, as assigned. Establish professional relationships with University leadership, deans, unit heads and faculty, and include them in engagement and solicitation strategies with key prospects and donors, as appropriate. Develop and implement a comprehensive short and long-term fundraising plan for assigned college/unit/program or geographic region, or combination thereof, to further the programs and fundraising initiatives of assigned area(s). • Meet annual visit goals through personal travel/interaction, virtual meetings, or substantive phone calls. Fundraising
• Actively manage and engage a portfolio of 130-150 major gift ($25,000+) prospects. Establish professional relationships with University leadership, deans, unit heads and faculty, and include them in engagement and solicitation strategies with key prospects and donors, as appropriate. Develop and implement a comprehensive short and long-term fundraising plan for assigned college/unit/program or geographic region, or combination thereof, to further the programs and fundraising initiatives of assigned area(s). • Meet annual visit goals through personal travel/interaction, virtual meetings, or substantive phone calls. Overview of the Public Information Office Team
With public outreach and education as the foundation of our work, the Public Affairs Department is focused on developing and implementing communication and marketing plans to promote awareness and educate the public regarding the variety of projects, programs, and policies that SANDAG plans, funds, and builds for the San Diego region.

Role
As part of the Public Information Office team within the Public Affairs Department, the Marketing Analyst will support marketing, public engagement, and program development efforts to ensure consistent branding and inclusive messaging. Typical Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business, communication, or a related field. A master’s degree is desirable.

Overview of the Public Information Office Team
With public outreach and education as the foundation of our work, the Public Affairs Department is focused on developing and implementing communication and marketing plans to promote awareness and educate the public regarding the variety of projects, programs, and policies that SANDAG plans, funds, and builds for the San Diego region.
The Public Information Office team is responsible for public information, marketing, digital engagement, and internal communications activities and operations of the agency. The Public Information Office team takes great pride in ensuring information released to the media and public is accurate, timely, transparent, and consistent.
Role
As part of the Public Information Office team within the Public Affairs Department, the Marketing Analyst will support marketing, public engagement, and program development efforts to ensure consistent branding and inclusive messaging. The Associate Marketing Analyst will support and assist with marketing strategies that build awareness and educate the public regarding the variety of campaigns, programs, policies, and projects that SANDAG plans, funds, and builds for the San Diego region. This work includes coordinating multiple concurrent projects and supporting various efforts from different departments and teams across the agency.
Typical Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business, communication, or a related field. A master’s degree is desirable.
At least three or more years of progressive career development supporting marketing, outreach, or communication initiatives.
Experience providing support for a comprehensive communication and/or marketing program.
Knowledge of effective verbal and written communication techniques, social media platforms, public relations, and outreach and marketing strategies, is preferred.
