MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in Human Resources, or a related field; and Seven (7) years of increasingly responsible human resource management experience that includes supervision of staff; or An equivalent combination of formal education, training and work experience that produces the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
