Ideal Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field with preference given to an engineering degree. Six (6) years' minimum experience in municipal public works. Five (5) years' minimum experience with personnel management of cross-functional teams. Experience with management of a departmental budget. Experience with interdepartmental collaboration.
