Responsibilities:
Execute Office of Philanthropy’s pledge reminder process, working with Development Operations and gift officers to ensure that reminders reflect giving history and are appropriate.
Manage and execute the general acknowledgment process for gifts of $50,000 or less
Work with the Senior Director of Stewardship and gift officers to produce leadership acknowledgment letters as appropriate.
Participate in the launch of a key report forecasting and project management process.
Update and manage donor/recognition walls and additional recognition opportunities as applicable.
Work with the Senior Director and Associate Director of Stewardship on producing and delivery of stewardship reports.
Manage and oversee the planning and execution of Annual Impact Reports.
Execute end-of-the-year statements for donors.
Develop and execute plans for fiscal year thank you messages from the Office of Philanthropy and calendar year thank you messages from RUSH Leadership.
Support gift agreement process as needed.
Support professorship recognition program as needed.
Document via contact reports all outgoing communications from the team.
Implement special projects as needed.
Contribute to goal setting and the evaluation of the effectiveness of various stewardship activities.

Position Summary:
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) is seeking a Complex Family Planning Specialist to join our faculty at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (commensurate with experience). The successful candidate will provide advanced reproductive health services, including complex contraception and abortion care, while contributing to the department's missions of clinical service, education, research, and community engagement. This faculty member will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with complex medical and surgical needs related to family planning, mentor and teach medical students and residents, and participate in scholarly and program development efforts to advance reproductive health access.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive clinical care in complex contraception, abortion, and reproductive health, including management of medically complex patients. • Perform outpatient and inpatient procedures related to family planning, including advanced contraceptive methods and surgical management of pregnancy termination. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care across clinical sites. • Supervise, mentor, and teach medical students, residents, and fellows in family planning and general obstetrics and gynecology. • Contribute to the design and delivery of educational activities such as lectures, workshops, and clinical training in family planning. • Engage in scholarly activity and/or clinical research in reproductive health, family planning, and related areas as appropriate. • Serve on departmental, college, and university committees as assigned. • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Position Summary:
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) is seeking a Complex Family Planning Specialist to join our faculty at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (commensurate with experience). The successful candidate will provide advanced reproductive health services, including complex contraception and abortion care, while contributing to the department's missions of clinical service, education, research, and community engagement. This faculty member will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with complex medical and surgical needs related to family planning, mentor and teach medical students and residents, and participate in scholarly and program development efforts to advance reproductive health access.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive clinical care in complex contraception, abortion, and reproductive health, including management of medically complex patients. • Perform outpatient and inpatient procedures related to family planning, including advanced contraceptive methods and surgical management of pregnancy termination. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care across clinical sites. • Supervise, mentor, and teach medical students, residents, and fellows in family planning and general obstetrics and gynecology. • Contribute to the design and delivery of educational activities such as lectures, workshops, and clinical training in family planning. • Engage in scholarly activity and/or clinical research in reproductive health, family planning, and related areas as appropriate. • Serve on departmental, college, and university committees as assigned. • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Position description
The Department of City and Regional Planning (DCRP) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in “Design and Urban Transformation” at the rank of Assistant Professor, with an expected start date of July 1, 2026. DCRP is seeking a colleague who will contribute to charting new intellectual territory and reimagining urban design to confront 21st century challenges.
Design-related questions have never been more central to cities and urban planning. Pressing challenges like rapid urbanization, deindustrialization and shrinkage, climate change, growing needs for public space, changes in the nature of planning participation and democratization, and housing and homelessness demand new design frameworks and methods. We seek a scholar whose research engages highly creative and forward-thinking methods to address these contemporary urban challenges. The ideal candidate would open up new directions for urban design by pushing the boundaries of traditional design fields and/or through interdisciplinary approaches. We are open to scholars from fields including urban planning, urban design, public policy, the social sciences, engineering, the environmental sciences, and data science. Scholars whose research is based in diverse geographical areas also are encouraged to apply.

Position description
The Department of City and Regional Planning (DCRP) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in “Design and Urban Transformation” at the rank of Assistant Professor, with an expected start date of July 1, 2026. DCRP is seeking a colleague who will contribute to charting new intellectual territory and reimagining urban design to confront 21st century challenges.
Design-related questions have never been more central to cities and urban planning. Pressing challenges like rapid urbanization, deindustrialization and shrinkage, climate change, growing needs for public space, changes in the nature of planning participation and democratization, and housing and homelessness demand new design frameworks and methods. We seek a scholar whose research engages highly creative and forward-thinking methods to address these contemporary urban challenges. The ideal candidate would open up new directions for urban design by pushing the boundaries of traditional design fields and/or through interdisciplinary approaches. We are open to scholars from fields including urban planning, urban design, public policy, the social sciences, engineering, the environmental sciences, and data science. Scholars whose research is based in diverse geographical areas also are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications Basic qualifications (required at time of application) Applicants must have a Ph.D. (or equivalent international degree), or be enrolled in Ph.D. or equivalent international degree‐granting program at the time of application.
Additional qualifications (required at time of start) Successful applicants should be able to teach core classes in the master's, doctoral and undergraduate programs, including interdisciplinary design studios, research methods courses, and courses on the history and theory of urban form and planning.

The successful candidate will apply cutting-edge tools and techniques, including data science, artificial intelligence and/or bioinformatics, towards understanding the biology and management of plant pathogens that cause diseases. Research may include pathogen and population biology, phylogenomics, precision agriculture, disease resistance, and innovative approaches to disease management. The candidate is expected to translate basic discoveries into applications with the goal of improving the management of vegetable diseases. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with members of other disciplines in SIPS, as well as within and outside of CALS and Cornell, to develop integrated strategies to reduce crop loss from diseases. The candidate will also contribute to the missions of CALS to foster sustainable agricultural practices in specialty vegetable crops.
